It is technically not possible to eat out in the evening, so half board is compulsory but it is an opportunity to discover the local specialties. The meals are prepared by a chef from Taha'a using fresh, local products (locally caught fish from the Lagoon and the Offshore, seasonal fruits and vegetables from Tahaa or Raiatea, bread and coconut bread from the island).
Breakfast is served between 07:00 and 09:00: Hot drink, Fruit juice, Firifiri, Coconut bread, Toasted bread, Butter, Local jam and a plate of fresh seasonal fruit.
Dinner is served at 7:00 p.m. on the basis of a single menu: Starter, main course and dessert. The chef will offer you an adaptation of local specialties.
